Materials:
1/2 cup of plain, uncooked oatmeal
1/4 cup of Cryptohoney's honey
1/4 cup of warm water
Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, pulse the oatmeal until it becomes a fine powder.
In a small bowl, mix together the oatmeal powder, Cryptohoney's honey, and warm water until well combined.
Apply the honey and oatmeal face mask to your face, avoiding the eye area.
Let the mask sit for 15-20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.
Pat your face dry with a towel and apply your favorite moisturizer.
Notes:
The oatmeal in this face mask provides gentle exfoliation and can help soothe irritated or inflamed skin.
The honey in the mask helps to moisturize and brighten the skin, while also providing antibacterial and antioxidant properties.
You can customize this face mask by adding in other ingredients like mashed banana or a few drops of essential oils for added benefits.
I hope you enjoy making and using this honey and oatmeal face mask!
